The restaurant offers excellent value with a 3-course dinner including wine for only 13.90€. the hotel has a hot breakfast with sweet and pastry to start the day. - the location of the hotel is unbeatable, being close to everywhere. - the staff are excellent and competent, providing a good stay experience every time.

There are reasonable prices in the property. The hotel is fairly clean, with efficient personal, and offers nice location not far from public transport, local shops or restaraunts other, and Santander/Bilbao ferries. The twin room is huge and great-sized. The continental breakfast is excellent.

It was not easy to find the navigation can not find the address. But by phoning the hotel you get an other street and was no problem. Maybe it's a good idea to mention this address on the site.

The staff were pleasant, the room was clean and the restaurant facilities suited us just fine.
Smoking in the bar. The directions to the hotel on the web booking are completely wrong and it took us about 1 hour to find the hotel which is actually not difficult to find.
